It's fully spray foam insulated and sits beneath large live oak trees. It's on a private gated drive so it's private and peaceful. We are taking applications for the right person or couple. Must be clean and neat and be able to keep up with some yard work. No large gatherings will be allowed and a max of 2 people staying at the residence. No smoking/vaping in or on the property. Renter is responsible for utilities ie.,power, water, trash, cable. Only 1 small dog less than 15 lbs permitted. No smoking in or around the house. No smoking period. No junk or broken down cars on the property. This house is for the minimalist.
