All utilities included in the price of $2,00 per month plus tax and one time cleaning fee ($200 discount each additional month guest stays). Taxes are added to the rent cost as well as a one time cleaning fee $200. Utilities are included in the rent cost. Half of first month's rent due at the time of booking, the remaining is due 30 days prior to check in. If renter is staying multiple months, we may can take rent on a month to month basis 30 days prior to each month.
