Hi everyone! I'm trying to find someone to take over my townhome unit at Mansions at Oak Point in Little Elm. The unit will be available May 28th, 2022 and the rent is $1779 + utilities per month. The entire unit with the garage and yard is 1400 sq ft and the living space is 816 sq ft. This apartment is super nice, but I got a new job so we are having to relocate. Lease length is between 15-18 months. There's a garage and yard! The unit is located near the front of the complex so you can walk to the pool and mailboxes. There is also a new gym, and a pet park is being built currently. Valet trash, pest control, and yard maintenance are included in the rent price. Very animal friendly! You are also allowed to get a grill for the patio area. Application fee is $50 and admin fee (due after lease is signed) is $175. My significant other & I will reimburse that $225 plus half of the first month's rent via PayPal. Please message me if you have any questions! Rent includes trash collection. Renter pays for all other utilities and internet service. Pet rent is $20/mo and the unit includes fully fenced backyard that is maintained regularly. Private garage is directly attached to the unit and there is no additional parking fee. There is a no-smoking policy.
