This is a large property with many separate areas. The room available is downstairs in the main area of the home shared with two other rooms on same bathroom. Males only in this area with shared bathroom. There is second area with a room and private bathroom. Then, a third area which is a private apartment upstairs where the owners lives with her German Shepherd and cat. She is a professional real eatate agent that works from home. The owner and animals do visit downstairs on a regular basis. Only professional persons with qualified credit and background need apply. We are strict about rules and cleanliness as well. Males only for shared bathroom. We will check references, employment as well as credit and background. There is a $50 fee for this service paid at time of application. There is an 1100 square foot garage which hosts large gatherings a few times a year for property owner. Residents are welcome to join. The yard is expansive and the owner is an avid gardner. There are a multitude of private nooks both inside and out to enjoy. Every season brings a different theme for all to enjoy. Minimum stays of at least one year preferred. Shorter stays are on a case-by-case basis. We have enjoyed many residents over the three decades of multi-generational rooming services being offered here.
