I have extra space in my home during the week for a female who is a non-smoker, with no pets, who doesn?t do drugs or abuse alcohol, who is either a serious student or has a job that can pay the rent. This person must be tidy, respectful of my home, have good hygiene, courteous, have regular sleeping hours, and honest. I am only looking for one person to be occupying my home, so no regular guests please. The furnished space is upstairs and is not handicap accessible. There is a living space, bedroom, full bath and loft area with a sink, fridge and microwave. Electric, water, septic, AC/heat and shared internet are included. I do not have cable or satellite service. This home is about 5 miles Northwest of Harrisonburg VA. Looking to begin a lease 9/2016.
