This beautiful home was recently renovated and has all new windows, new floors, new paint, light fixtures, kitchen sink, finished garage door opener w/wifi enabled ring doorbell, garage door opener and Nest thermostat. Washer, dryer provided. HOA fees and landscaping are covered by the landlord. Large dogs are only OK if they are older and completely housetrained and out of the chewing phase. This house is only available for rent for a period of one year or less. After one year, this home is going to be furnished and converted into an Airbnb, so lessee must understand that this is temporary and that I will need my house back in the condition it is currently in. NON SMOKERS ONLY. There is absolutely NO smoking allowed in the house and preferably the premises. This is easy to manage if you don't smoke. :-) I will allow up to two small pets, or one larger dog if they are house trained. (I am not sure how big is too big for the doggie door at the property because I had it installed for my two small dogs.) There is no pool, so no chance of any little ones drowning. There is, however, a HUGE back yard to run around in and a public pool for children to play in water about 3 blocks away. This is an extremely safe and quiet neighborhood.
