There are literally thousands of acres of public ground in this neighborhood just waiting for your recreational enjoyment! You can hunt grouse everyday on different habitat and never hunt the same piece twice in the same year! Very good deer, bear, and turkey hunting in this area too; and just an hour or so from Iron Mountain, Escanaba, or Marquette! Sure the house needs a bit of work, but your basically just paying for the Real Estate. It is a year round residence but it would make an awesome camp (second home:) too!
