You'll enter the foyer with the primary suite to the right left and the main living space ahead. The laundry is tucked away, and the open plan kitchen, living and dining spaces open onto incredible views from the huge floor to ceiling windows. Palm trees sway and sunlight sparkles off the water that winds its way through lagoons and marinas. Comfortable furniture, and thoughtfully selected artwork make the living spaces a true pleasure. The natural stone and black stainless kitchen is an elegant backdrop if you prefer eating out, and makes preparing meals easy and uncomplicated if you like to cook at home. The primary bedroom includes a King bed and en suite bathroom with oversized spa shower, natural colors and huge double vanity. Incredible furnishings, plenty of storage, and sliding doors to the balcony make this a restful oasis. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are located on the other side of the living spaces. Both include Queen beds and high quality furnishings. The 2nd bathroom includes a large vanity and a large tiled shower with tub. Outside the apartment, you have use of our community amenities, including two pools (one heated), clubhouse, fitness room, tennis & basketball courts, BBQ, restaurants, bars with live music, shops & galleries. Boating is huge in Cape Coral - send me a message if you're traveling with a boat and I'll be happy to help you make arrangements! We have bikes, beach chairs, and umbrellas, and you can rent kayaks nearby. Includes all Utilities, and use of all of Cape Harbour's amenities. Condo is available for May 1 - mid December only. May rent one month at a time or all months. No smoking. Does not include any cleaning, which can be arranged for an extra charge.
