Also included is a full-size, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, separate Nest control for heat, and a window air conditioner. We live on a Cul-du-Sac in a quiet and safe neighborhood with access to a preserve and hiking trails. It is easy to commute to Hartford universities (UCONN,Trinity College, etc,), Brainard Airport, Yale and U. Conn Storrs about 35-40 minutes away All utilities are included. We will provide you with a lease with all the details.
