I have a one bedroom in a multiple house sublet available Mar 1st, 2026. I am looking for a quiet, respectful roommate to live in the other bedroom. No preference for gender and the roommate can be a young professional or a college student. You will have your own room and the monthly rent includes heat, hot water and internet! There is a laundry nearby the house. My apartment is in Dorchester on the third unit of a multiple house. It is located a 10 minute away from Field Corner station on foot and only a 25 minute T ride to Downtown Crossing. The apartment is also only a 20 minute train to UMass Boston. We live near many wonderful Vietnamese restaurants, a supermarket, private gyms, etc. It is a nice and affordable neighborhood! The monthly rent with utilities included is $950. Lease term - Month-to-month or long-term with option extension. - Tenant pays security deposit of $500. 2. Use of the Premises - Light cooking is allowed in the kitchen. 3. Utilities and Services - The Landlord agrees to provide or pay for the following services free of charge to Tenant: A/C, Electricity, water, gas, Internet WiFi. - Laundry is at the expense of the Tenant. 4. Pets - No pets, dogs, cats or animals of any kind shall be allowed in the Premises. 5. Repair and Maintenance - Tenant agrees to take good care and keep the room orderly neat and clean. - Tenant agrees to not cause physical or visible damage to affected property. - For any visible defect or damage caused, Tenant will promptly notify the Landlord to make necessary repairs. 6. Insurance - Landlord possesses homeowner insurance to protect the home. However, it will not cover personal property of Tenant. - Tenant is responsible to purchase a renter insurance for the affected property if Tenant wishes to do so. 7. Noise and House Rules - Tenant always agrees to keep the room and bathroom neatly clean. - Tenant agrees not to cause or allow any loud noise or activity that might disturb the peace and quote of the owner or the neighbor on the premises. - IF noise or house rules are broken, a verbal warning will be issued at first encounter, before termination of Agreement if decided by Landlord. - Tenant has responsibility to notify Landlord know if Tenant has any guests coming for visiting or staying over.
