LOCATION: 58 America St. is a 10 minute drive or 30 minute walk/bus from Brown University/Amtrak train and a 5 minute walk from Atwells street. On Atwells you will find all the amenities you could need, from grocery to entertainment. PRICE: 800$ - For a single male or female, all utilities included. 900$ - For a couple, all utilities included. OTHER: Prospective renters with potential allergies should also know we have two female cats, both of which are friendly and once in a while overly affectionate. A lease of one year is required but we are open to negotiations with the right person for a month to month rental agreement.
