The kitchen is fully supplied with everything you need to eat and cook with as well as a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and regular coffee maker. There is cable TV in the living room and wireless internet access. There is one air conditioner and some fans are provided. The maximum number of people allowed at the property is 2 with parking for 2 vehicles. A security deposit of One Month's Rent is required. There are no pets or smoking allowed. Rent $1400 per month plus utilities propane heat. Plowing, trash, water, sewer and Internet included.
