One bedroom, loft area, office, private bathroom and laundry conveniently located on the same level. There are black out shades and heat and ac thermostat at your fingertips for added comfort. All utilities included, all linens provided, fully equipped shared kitchen simply move in! This is perfect for 1 person who would like a separate office space. There is free always available parking as well as close to public transportation, routes 295 and 95. The beaches are a conveniant 15 min drive. This is a safe walkable community. There is a large two tiered outdoor deck and fire pit with a yard that has a forest view for summertime enjoyment. This is a comfortable home shared with one professional adult and two kitties who live downstairs. The minimum rental period is one month. I would pro rate the rent if you are moving in or out in the middle of the month. I require 30 days notice if you are moving out earlier than the specified lease terms. I prefer no overnight guests to ensure that we feel comfortable knowing who is sharing the home at all times. The first month's rent is due at time of lease signing. Rent can be paid via PayPal, Venmo or Stripe.
