This is a high lot in La Tierra, a subdivision known for big, big views of the Sangre Cristo and Jemez mountains. There is a very good building site that allows a house to take advantage of the spectacular views, especially Santa Fe's remarkable sunsets. Good solar exposure. Las Campanas is nearby if one would like to purchase a social or golf membership there. Horses are allowed. La Tierra is one of my favorite locations - interesting topography, big lots, and close enough to town to pop in for a movie, dinner, or opera. There are few lots left like this one.
