They may even offer you a drink and a friendly chat. The apartment is available August 1. It comes with one parking spot. There is shared laundry in the basement. Please no pets. We pay for water and garbage but you are responsible for electric and gas. We will ask that you sign a one or two year lease and put down first month's rent. We will check your background and credit. Then upon moving in, we will ask for the security deposit. Because of COVID-19, we will only virtually show you this apartment by Facetime/Zoom until we know you are really serious and you fill out an application. Later, if you'd like, we can show you the apartment in person, but we want to limit the number of people coming into our current tenant's space.
