Routine, announced home inspections will take place during lease period by management representative. Pets may not be introduced to the home that are not pre-approved at time of lease start by owner of the home. Pet deposit is required and is non refundable. Deposit is returned within 21 days after lease ends if all requirements are met including : no damage to home and its contents, the grounds, and is cleaned professionally, including upholstery (see outline above), as required per lease terms previously mentioned.
