This is an apartment manager position that is available to be the onsite manager for a 30 unit apartment complex located at 58 Grand Avenue in Oroville, CA. The apartment is a newly remodeled very nice 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. The rent for these units are usually $1,195, but with the manager responsibilities and duties, we will decrease the rent to $795 for you. The security deposit is $1,600 and it is a one year residential lease in addition to a property manager agreement to perform the following activities on site: On-Site Manager responsibilities: Show available units to prospective tenants Perform routine inspections on apartments Fill out necessary paperwork and report to owners Serve rental notices Monitor the property for nuisances and properly communicate to residents Enforce lease requirements on residents. Coordinate with prospective tenants to see apartments. Take maintenance requests and coordinate maintenance issues with maintenance staff Treating the pool if necessary Keep the property clean and debris free Keep the laundry room clean and debris free Submitting monthly reports of checklist performed Must have Skills and Experience to be considered: 3 years or more of property management or on-site manager experience with great referral.
