You'll be in a historic home that dates back to 1850 right next to Transmitter park, the ferry, grocery stores, the G train, and all of the amazing restaurants that Greenpoint has to offer. This is a family project for us. We are a couple who have called North Brooklyn home for 15+ years, and we feel this space offers something beyond the anonymous high-rises being built all around it.
