As you walk in the front door, you are entering the newly furnished living room with recessed lighting along with a wall mounted HD TV with DVD player. Through the living room is a hallway with a large full bath ( tub, shower and 2 sinks) a laundry room and bedroom #1 with a queen bed. To the left of the living room is the open fully equipped kitchen with ample recessed lighting and an island featuring all new kitchen cookware, glassware, bright Fiesta china and utensils. Off the kitchen is the door to the backyard featuring a large outdoor shower . There is also an entrance to the bright cathedral ceiling sun room with seating, dining area and ceiling fan. To the right of the living room are the 2 other bedrooms and full bath with a walk in shower. Bedroom # 2 has a queen bed and bedroom #3 has 2 sets of twin bunk beds along with a wall mounted HD TV with DVD player. This charming home is in a convenient location, a short drive to downtown Chatham for all the popular village shops and restaurants. The Box Office Cafe and Pisces Restaurant are located nearby at the end of Pleasant Street. School House Ice Cream is nearby as well. Just a little further down the road is the bike path entrance offering miles of great biking off the corner of RT 28 and Morton Road. Extra amenities: Hairdryer, Front load washer and dryer, Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrella, Boogie boards and skim board too. Please No Smoking and No Pets! This is a Saturday - Saturday Rental in Peak Summer Season with a 7 day minimum. Ask us about shorter off season stays. Linens such as bed sheets, bath towels and bath mats can be rented through our linen/concierge services. Please ask our guest specialists for details. To confirm a reservation: For reservations made over 60 days awayyou can make 2 payments 50% deposit plus a $125 process fee with reservation and then the final balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Master card and Visa for payment. Departure Cleaning and Accidental Damage Protection (up to $1500) are included with your reservation. There are no extra fees. Area Information: .2 mile walk to Pleasant Street Beach .7 mile to the Box Office Cafe for great pizza and sandwiches dinner and brunch - offering a full bar as well .7 mile to Pisces Restaurant (fine dining) 1 mile to the Bike trail (Morton Road or rt 137) 1.3 mile to homemade ice cream at : Short and Sweet! 1.9 mile to Marion's pie Shop Short drive (4.4 miles) into the town of Chatham where you will find : Seal tours Shopping Spas and massage Restaurants Friday night Band stand concerts The Orpheum Theater for movies make sure to check out Jaws on the big screen The Monomoy Theater for live theater Playground Public Tennis Chatham A's Baseball *Mileage is approximate This is a summer rental only.
