Our house is newly renovated and provides a cozy space for up to 4 people. It has 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds as well as a queen sized pullout couch for guests in the living room. Enjoy the gas fireplace or stay warm with our brand new heat pumps when the weather gets cold. Fully stocked with every kitchen gadget you need as well as blankets and pillows and a washer and dryer in the main bedroom. On warmer nights, enjoy gathering with friends on the screened in porch where you can sit and enjoy the breeze or gather at the table for meals. What makes us unique is that the house is a walk away from the only store and restaurant open year round and right at the top of our street is an entrance to walking trails and snowmobile/ATV trails. There is a firepit and grill out back for enjoying the outdoors. The garage offers you space to store any of your things if in transition, as well as offers 2 kayaks for your use if the weather allows. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY: You may smoke outside- away from the property. LEASE AVAILABILITY: Open as early as Oct. 1 through May 30th, 2026. To ensure a comfortable and consistent experience for both our renters and ourselves, we are accepting stays of 3 months or longer. FEES INCLUDED: Internet, Landscaping/Winter Maintenance including Snow Removal. FEES NOT INCLUDED: Electricity-Tenant shall establish an account with Central Main Power in Tenants name and shall be solely responsible for all charges for electricity, including any account related charges. A propane account with Dead River will be set up in Tenants name and shall be solely responsible for all charges for propane usage. PETS: Due to allergies, no cats are allowed. Dogs welcome. PARKING: There are 3 outdoor spots available for parking and guests. Garage can be used for storage only, feel free to bring your ATV and enjoy the trails.
