Guests must take out the trash when departing, with bins located outside close to the driveway. The cottage is a smoke-free property, and failure to comply will result in a $250 fine for each room smoked in. Excessive noise should be avoided to respect other cottage neighbors, with quiet hours between 9pm-6am. Late checkout after the time on your reservation will result in a $250 fee unless authorized in writing at least 24 hours before the checkout time. Checking out over 1 hour late will incur an additional fee at the undiscounted day rate. The maximum number of guests allowed is as per your reservation, and no parties or events may take place on the property. Violating the guest limit or hosting a party will result in cancellation of your reservation, police involvement, and additional fees.
