The top floor of the house has a laundry area with your own washer/dryer & a large roof deck with spectacular views. Rental price includes high speed wireless Internet access and all utilities (electric, trash, gas & water). Rental price is for long term lease. Small pets can be considered but the rent and security deposit will increase. For shorter term rental inquire for price & availability. Apartment is furnished but can be offered unfurnished.
