Welcome to the perfect Manhattan Valley summer stay. This is a two bedroom, one bathroom south facing home on a tree lined block with dishwasher and many windows. Natural, hardwood floors abound on every corner. This is a furnished summer rental for ten to twelve weeks, starting anytime within June 1st to June 15th and concluding in August, on any concluding date of August 15th to August 31st (owners prefers starting date of June 15th, but feel free to offer before June 15th). The owner is unable to accommodate puppies. This home is not for rent as a one-year lease. This is just a summer stay. We welcome college students, persons new to the city, persons in between homes or tourists (everyone's welcome).
