Hi, We have decided to sell our house that we have rented out. There are 2 sides so it is a double block. It can be converted back to a single home with a little work if you desired. Currently the rent for the 2 sides is 1520 and 850. So, you can see the place is making some money for sure. It profits 1100-1200 a month. The renters have been there foe awhile and are happy with the place. We have agreed to pay the heat and the water which are both very efficient or I would not have agreed. We pay 190 a month for the heat every month of the year. For the water, pay 120-150 range per month. Our Mortgage is 960 escrow included so it is nice situation for someone to make some money or even move in one side and have the other rented to cover the mortgage!!!!! The house has 2 sides. A small apartment on one side of the 1st floor consisting of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and enclosed back porch. The larger apartment is huge!!! The 1st floor of the larger side has a living room, dining room, kitchen, 1/2 bathroom, enclosed back porch and a large covered back deck!!!! Backyard is decent sized as well. The driveway is shared with neighbors who are good people. The 2nd floor for the large apartment consists of 5 bedrooms, bathroom and a large sun room!!! The attic was converted to a living space finished with electric heat baseboards. The attic is awesome very large open rooms!!!!! We used it for a play room and a man cave room!!!!! I miss the man cave a lot!! The stuff that we did to the house since owning it was: 1. new roof 2018 2. All new windows 3. new flooring 4. new carpets 5. new drywall throughout 6. new concrete basement floor 7. new deck out back 8. new chimney as the old was just that old!!!
