I'm looking for another person to take over an unfurnished spare room in my apartment. It's about 120 square feet, excluding a full size closet. The apartment itself is an in-law type so may seem dark, but your potential room does have a window and gets a good amount of sunlight. There's also a back yard that you could use. There's a small kitchen (stove, sink, fridge), washer, and dryer that we could use.The apartment is also close to Safeway (a 5 minute bus ride away), Fresh and Easy (a 10 minute walk away), and many restaurants and dessert cafes. If you work in downtown, you can take the 38AX or 31AX to get to the Financial District, which will be a 30 minute bus ride.Move in cost will be $700 + $750 for deposit= $1450.Utilities, internet, trash, and water are not included, but will range from $50-70 (total) per month.There is no parking garage available for use, but parking is fairly easy to find in this area of the city.Essentially I'm looking for somebody who isn't going to bring any drama or parties home. I really value a place where I could relax and not have to worry about anything in the apartment breaking. Though I'm not a super clean person, I would like somebody to clean after him or herself and share some basic cleaning responsibilities with me, such as cleaning the bathroom, stove, or sweeping the floor.You will need a credit report and your two previous pay stubs to be able to apply for the room.
