Security deposit can be cash, check, money order, or direct deposit. Utilities must be active prior to move in. Security deposit must be paid in full before move in. Must have a minimum credit score of 630. If your score is lower than 630 it doesn't disqualify you. Trash service is provided. If your application is approved you'll pay 1750 for the security deposit and 1750 for the first month. If you move in mid month, then you'll just pay the security deposit and pay a prorated rent on the day you move in.
