In all reality this is a live in home with the idea of building on the lot in the future. I have talked to excavators whom said that they could leave the mature trees if desired; when tarring down and rebuilding. Neighborhood Description I have lived in Idaho, Alaska, Arizona, Hawaii, Iowa & Nebraska comparing all--this is the best neighborhood ever except possibly Iowa. We have been here 20 years. We are looked up to and loved by many with more finances. Money, keeping up with the Jones, has never been important to any of our neighbors. Helping each other and real concerns for one another is what we have experienced.
