Owner has done some remodeling. He completely remodeld the bathroom. The owner replaced the original flooring and has started the remodeling in the kitchen. A new waterheater was installed in 2012. The gas line leading from the main line to the house was replaced at the end of 2012 also. There is a little over a 1/2 acre and it is all fenced. Concrete has been poured along the base of the fending to keep the dogs from digging. This is a very nice solid house.
