(Side note: you can fit a twin bed in the drive-in closet! And a full sofa & queen bed in the mainroom or with a tight squeeze 2 beds in the mainroom to go dorm room style! Highway is close aswell as lots of food, cafes, gas stations & grocery stores! Downtown naperville is 7 minutes away! Youll have a lot of fun living here. Its a lovely community!! Owner pays water, renter needs to pay for electric through separate company like COMED, Renter gets billed 1st of the month for rent & heating/AC & pet bill of $25 per pet if you have an animal!
