Renter is responsible for electric and propane, average electric bill is 225/month and propane is 1700/year. Renter is responsible for electric and propane. Renter is also responsible for mowing and keeping the outside up. I will leave a mower but not liable to provide another one if the current one is no longer usable. No smoking in the house, appliances are not supplied. There is a dishwasher there but renter is liable for replacement if it is no longer usable. This is a country property setting back off the road, renter should understand what maintaince is required to maintain a country home.
