Renting duration: at lease 12 months You, the tenant, are responsible for water, gas, and electricity cost. This house has a nice small front and back yard. You will be responsible in maintaining the lawn in the yard, That security deposit is refundable when you move out, assuming you give us the house back in the same condition as when moving in. If there are damages that need to be mitigated that were caused by abuse or neglect, we will take those from the security deposit. Any damages that are caused by normal wear and tear (i.e.: the damage would have occurred if we lived there instead of a tenant) will be our responsibility to pay for.
