Hi Everyone! We are looking for someone to take over our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom lease. Our current rent is $1385. Units like mine in Windermere are starting at $1635 a month. I looked on their website, and it says starting at $1660 a month. Our current lease runs through March 31st 2019. We are looking to be out of the apartment by August 31st but we are willing to work with anyone interested in taking over.
