Fully furnished, fully equipped kitchen and beautifully decorated. TVs in both bedrooms and living room. Full bathrooms, workspace, furnished balcony, high speed wifi, free Netflix and cable. Close to everything including Barefoot Landing. No smoking/Vaping/pets/campers/motorcycles, RVs/trailers. Accommodates up to 6 or less. 6 to 7 minute drive to the beach. We accept monthly bookings October through April only. During the peak season we accept nightly and weekly booking. Owner pays for ALL utilities /cable/internet. Free access to NETFLIX and amazing amenities. Renter pays - monthly rent, exit cleaning fee and tax. We do not schedule viewings. Our condo is usually occupied by a guest.
