There is tile thru out, ceiling fans, updated appliances, washer and dryer, new sliding glass doors etc...This unit is uniquely decorated, and looks like something you'd see in the Caribbean Island. The colors used are mellow shades of green, orange, and yellow, matches yhe brown wicker furniture. LIVING ROOM AND PATIO FURNITURE WAS REPLACED IN APRIL 2008.
