Open room is the master bedroom with a large bathroom within the room, walk-in closet, and the room is slightly separated from the other 2 bedrooms and living room. Kitchen and living room are in great shape with a 75-in shared TV in living room. You get your own garage spot. Other two roommates are 27-year-old guys (we both grew up in Dallas). Ideally sign a 1-year lease, but open to discussion. No out of the ordinary lease terms.
