We have a family room, dining room, and formal living room that we also use as an office. We remodeled our kitchen in 2008 with all new solid wood cabinets, and solid wood double wide crown moldings and all new stainless steel appliances (range, microwave above the range, dishwasher, and 25 cubic foot French door refrigerator). We installed 2 new stainless steel sinks with tall arched fancy faucet and new garbage disposal with all new granite counter tops. Our sun room was rebuilt in 2001 with 2 new ceiling fans and new double hung windows. Had new large concrete front porch installed with white vinyl fence and recessed lights beneath the large A-frame roof and front porch swing all in March and July 2011. Brand new double hung vinyl replacement windows in 2000. Had Leafguard gutters installed in July 2001. Had a new 4-car driveway, large new front porch concrete, RV parking spot concrete in backyard, and backyard patio concrete installed in March 2011. Upgraded electric service panel from 150 amps to 200 amps with a new 40 space main breaker in July 2008. New GAF Timberline High Definition Architectural Asphault Shingles roof installed with 6-ring shank nails (better than standard roofing nails) on 11/22/16 and 11/23/16. Had nqew self-cleaning hot water heater installed in Aug. 2008. Replaced all plastered ceilings in Nov. 1999, and while at it upgraded the dining room ceiling to be the thick circular, formal decorative ceiling.
