This is a cute basic 1950s one story house. The views from the house are fantastic. The house is in a private location. It has plywood flooring in the living room and cork flooring in the bedrooms. The bathroom has vinyl tile and the kitchen/back entry vinyl sheeting. It's clean and rooms are open feeling. Kitchen is very functional. The parking area is not covered. The house is on a well and septic system. Please use water conservatively. Do not flush anything but toilet paper. Please note that there is no laundry available at the house. Well behaved dogs are allowed with extra deposit. We are looking to sublet or offer a temporary rental through May after which we expect to recategorize it as a vacation rental.
