This was actually the first house I lived in, that I bought. I added the rear bath and made it HUGE! Put lots of lights under carport. I made a storage room that is so big and lit up that I actually had a tenant allow their son to put an A/C unit in the window of the storage room and corner off a closet and let him experience apartment living away from his parents!! He did, however, have to walk across the carport to use their shower and laundry accommodations before retreating back over to his solo home! LOL I don't know quite how that must read The house is in the Garden District. One thing that I MUST DO, is have control over who their neighbors are! I vowed to do that some years back and I'm going to stick to it. So yes, I am picky on who lives in this house. I am going to check to see how you handled your most recent place. Yes, I am going to pull a credit bureau. I don't need to rent this house so badly that just anyone is welcome to rent it. Too nice of a house and too nice of an area! Utilities have to be put in tenants name.
