There are no fences around the property. Certain dog breeds are restricted by our insurance policy. If you do have pets there will be an additional pet deposit collected and rent added to cover damages/ smells to furniture that all pets cause. Everyone says their dogs are potty trained and well behaved or will live outside but we've been doing this long enough to know that a deposit is still necessary. Property is also currently listed on airbnb but we are seeking a longer term tenant at a highly discounted rate. 3-6 month leases (Flexible). There is an very strict no smoking policy. Pets will be considered but insurance does have breed restrictions for dogs. Lawn maintenance and utilities can be worked into the rent upon request.
