This unit has been freshly painted, the bathroom completely redone, and the overall space is admittedly on the smaller side, but it really needs to be seen to be appreciated. The location is what sets this place apart, as laundromats and dry cleaners are super close, as are a couple of grocery stores. Clement Street and Golden Gate Park are also about a 5-10 minute walk.
