The term of the lease agreement is 2 years. Tenant shall be responsible for arranging, connecting, and paying for all utility services required on the Premises for the duration of the lease term. These utilities include, but are not limited to, electricity, water, natural gas, and garbage collection. Pets, No animals of any kind (including but not limited to mammals, reptiles, birds, fish, rodents, or insects) are permitted on or about the Premises at any time, even temporarily. This prohibition applies to animals belonging to the Tenant as well as those belonging to guests or visitors.
