This neighborhood is very, very family friendly and extremely safe. Everyone takes pride in their homes, so the area is impeccable. All the shopping you could possibly need is within a 5 mile radius. There is easy access to freeway in any direction, making any commute easy and short. The elementary school is probably the best I have ever seen - the teachers being the most kind and dedicated, the principal top notch, and a PTA that is fully engaged and makes the most of the funds it collects. This is a family dream home.
