The room is spacious with a walk in closet , kitchenette and a large shared bathroom. the room is located on the upper level. This is a quiet and peaceful household. It is located a nice and peaceful neighborhood. I am hoping for a renter that is clean and care for a clean and healthy environment. I make a three month lease and if all is good and it works out then I am open for a longer lease. I usually like for my renters to stay for a long time. We are friendly but independent.
