Located near the intersection of 60th and Lincoln makes easy access to local bus lines. Snow and yard maintenance are provided. We use a plow service for the common area of the parking lot, however cleanup of your personal parking space would be your own responsibility. This is a cozy, one bedroom apartment. The limit of occupancy is two heartbeats (regardless of age, it is still only available to one or max two people). We do require the combined income of all applicants to be a minimum of $2,500 per month. Pets are not approved at this location. Any ESA's will require pre approval from management, and paperwork from a local medical provider to be submitted to our legal advisors for approval. We currently use the TenantCloud app, making digital rental payments quick and easy. The app provides secure messaging and an easy place to report maintenance issues. We ask that interested parties fill out a pre-screening questionnaire, which will be emailed upon initial inquiry.
