This is a great location, very convenient. Landlord pays gas (heat), water, trash, and sewage utilities. Tenants must pay electricity. There is a $35 per month charge for all other utilities paid by Kamin Realty: gas (heat), trash, water, and sewage. Phone, cable and internet are elective utilities to be paid by the tenant. Verizon modems or satellite dishes that drill into any of the property walls are not permissible. Garage parking subject to availability. The price for a garage space is $50 per month.
