Anyone interested in renting this space needs to work locally in Summit County at least 30 hours a week. We are strict on that. We are open to two people renting this space, but unfortunately only have room for one car. The parking space, however, is directly below the unit in the heated Garage. The unit has basic cable, high speed internet, a W/D unit available, a large storage closet, and all the utilities are included in the monthly price of $1,800. No pets, sorry. There is a built-in unit in the Primary bedroom that will remain and acts as the closet. The unit is about 700sf, has one bedroom, a full kitchen with oven, a tiled tub / shower bathroom, and is only 5 years old so it is in great shape. On the property is a pond and access to the Colorado trail leaves from a trail out back. Being right off Tiger Road, it has easy access to the Nordic Trails, Golf Course, Colorado Trail, Dredge Trail system, and equidistant from Frisco / Breck. As this accessory apartment is next to our primary residence and we use one space in the Garage, you will regularly interact with our family. : ) All utility costs are included in rent. This includes very basic cable, wireless internet, heat, water, and trash. Laundry is available onsite as well. No smoking or pets on premises though, sorry There is a heated garage spot for one car, but not room for a second car / motorcycle. We unfortunately do not have space for our tenants to have a second car. First / last / deposit is required for move-in.
