    I'm moving in a few weeks and want to find someone to take over the lease of this great 1 bedroom apartment. It is locate in SW Lockport on a tree lined street in a very quiet area. Scenic Delwood Park is less than a 10 minute walk and has an indoor pool and full workout facility at Challenge Fitness (https www.lockportpark.org/?page_id=5820), located in the park. There is also a 27 hole frisbee golf course (), skate park, daycare, and tennis courts basically in your backyard, it's awesome. Your immediate neighbors are mostly singles and couples, while the neighborhood is mostly families and is kind of tucked away so there is very little traffic, and tons of parking. It's also just up the street from great dining, another park, convenient grocery options and more. This is 1 of 4 units accessed through the outside door. Including me, 3 of those units are occupied by singles, and one is empty. They don't make any noise, and we get along when we see eachother in the stairwell. The Unit itself is on the main floor and has Northern and Southern Exposure so there is a ton of light all day. The whole unit is about 743 sq feet. The bedroom easily fits a full to queen size bed with room for a large dresser and then some. It has a walk in closet that has been more than enough room for me (33 yr old male) and another of the same size in the living room. The living room is bigger than the bedroom, and plenty of space for a couple of couches or a small living room and small dining area. I have a couch and a couple ottomans, and a workspace with my entertainment center and shclf storage with room to spare. Only utilities is electric and I don't think I ever paid more than $40 a month and that includes heat and hot water (both electric), so it's a great deal on utilities. The hot water never runs out, and there is good water pressure. ATT provides great internet service, and I know some of my neighbors have xfinity with no trouble. The kitchen is a little small, but with lots of cabinets and a full fridge/freezer and 4 (electric) burner stove and oven. Pets are allowed up to 25 lbs with Landlord permission. This is a great deal for a 1 bedroom in an excellent location. The perks are definitely in the location and the price. Please contact me for more information! Rent is 700 per month starting as soon as you move in. I'll be chipping in $25 per month through July 12, after that you can renegotiate with the Landlord. Sublet through July 12, then take over lease when it renews
