This fund covers many things that are needed for the house on a daily basis like, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, dish soap, light bulbs, propane for the BBQ, cleaning products, foil, plastic storage bags, garbage bags, etc. This cash system works very well so that one person is not constantly paying for these items. Not a party house, no smoking/vaping, no pets, be respectful of the other roommates. Rental agreement will be available for review as part of the application process.

The average age of the roommate is 34, all professionals working in their careers. There is no drama in the house, everyone gets along very well. The goal is to find a like-minded stable roommate for the house so that it's an enjoyable place to live!
