On the other end of the house, there are two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the other with a bunk bed, full on bottom and twin on top. The second bathroom is between the two rooms. The house also has all new kitchen appliances and is fully stocked with cooking utensils. The living room has a large section couch and 55 inch HDTV mounted on the wall. The entrance room has a couch and side table and would make for a great reading room. The home sits on a corner lot and has a large yard. There is plenty of parking on the paved driveway beside the house. The back yard has been recently renovated with shell and includes a fire pit table, hammock, cornhole boards and a grill. Owner will pay for water/garbage. Renter is responsible for electricity and internet. No animals allowed, no tobacco (vaping included) or illicit drug use (to include marijuana) allowed on the property. One year lease preferably, however I am willing to do shorter leases. Background check and clean criminal history for all residents required, juveniles included.
