There is also additional storage area located here and all of this area is secure and lockable. There is a pass-through that leads into the backyard once again with a small walk-through gate but as well a large swinging gate such that a vehicle can access the backyard. There is a large backyard with a six-foot high privacy fence that is secure for a dog. The entire backyard is secure and can only be accessed through lockable entries. I have put solar shield on all of the East and West bearing windows which blocks out approximately 80% of the heat but none of the light and this saves significantly on the electric bill. I have owned this home for over 10 years and I have not had a single crime event at this house. The neighbors that surround you largely own their own homes and have been there for over 10 years. This house can accommodate at least 3 cars. I would allow one medium size well behaved dog and/or cats. Rent is $1,895/month with $2,200 security deposit and pet deposit if applicable.
